IF YOU NORMALLY LOG IN WITH TWITTER. FOLLOW THESE STEPS FIRST.Ensure you are logged out of Vine on all your mobile devices / web browser. Then either using Vine.co or the mobile application, log into your account and go to Settings then change your e-mail address to one that is not associated with your existing twitter account. Then proceed to reset your password. Once you've setup a new e-mail address and password, log out of Vine again and proceed to login via VineClient.
